Research and Policy Intern

- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from surveys, reports, and external sources.
- Conduct literature reviews and summarize findings to support research initiatives.
- Help prepare research briefs, presentations, and reports for internal and external audiences.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on research priorities and deliverables.
- Draft summaries for research-related projects.
- Complete other duties as assigned that contribute to the overall effectiveness and success of the Research and Policy team.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, or similar) and survey platforms is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, with attention to detail and capacity to meet deadlines.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to work independently.
