We're looking for a creative and collaborative UX/UI Designer to help shape intuitive, accessible digital experiences that make a meaningful impact. In this role, you’ll shape the user experience across our enterprise platforms, working closely with developers, stakeholders and other designers to bring thoughtful, user-centered solutions to life.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in UX and UI design, a strong portfolio of enterprise-level projects and proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Front-end coding skills in HTML/CSS are required, and experience in Tailwind CSS and Angular is considered a strong asset.
**What you’ll do**
* Lead the design of user-centered products and services for web and mobile applications
* Deliver wireframes, prototypes and design specifications that clearly communicate solutions to stakeholders and developers
* Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively, providing QA and quick-turnaround adjustments as needed
* Contribute to and evolve our enterprise design system ensuring consistency and scalability across applications
* Champion accessibility through WCAG-compliant design, audits and remediation
* Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable recommendations
**What We’re Looking For**
* A strategic thinker with a strong user-first mindset and problem-solving skills
* Clear and confident communicator able to articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Collaborative team player with excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and navigating cross-functional partnerships
**What You’ll Need**
* Five-plus years of UX/UI design experience, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates:
- Complex data-entry interface design
- Clear design process and decision-making
- Effective communication of design requirements
* A bachelor’s degree in visual communications, computer science, web design or graphic design
* Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and collaborative workflows
* Front-end coding skills in HTML/CSS
**Assets that will set you apart:**
* Experience with Tailwind CSS and Angular
* Background in designing enterprise or financial applications
* Hands-on accessibility expertise (WCAG compliance, audits)
* Experience with Jira or other task management tools
* Familiarity with Canadian agriculture or agricultural software
