We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, and isolate problems.
Responsibilities:
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Set up new users and computers.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Document technical procedures and user guides.
- Provide remote and in-person support to end-users.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management and computer systems.
- Good understanding of diverse computer software and hardware and a knack for troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is a plus.
