****Job Summary****
We are looking for a creative E-Learning Instructional Designer to design and
develop interactive, accessible, and high-quality learning modules using
Articulate Storyline and Rise. The role requires expertise in storyboarding,
instructional design, and e-learning development, with a strong focus on
quality, learner engagement, and accessibility compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed storyboards, scripts, and design plans aligned with
learning objectives.
Develop engaging modules in Articulate Storyline/Rise, integrating
quizzes, branching, and interactive elements.
Ensure WCAG accessibility compliance (alt text, transcripts, captions,
keyboard navigation).
Conduct quality checks for design consistency, usability, and LMS
compatibility (SCORM/xAPI).
Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, and multimedia teams to
transform raw content into learner-centric modules.
Revise and update existing content based on stakeholder and learner
feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s
Taxonomy).
Proficiency in storyboarding and graphic design basics (layout,
typography, color).
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508).
Understanding of SCORM/AICC/xAPI and LMS deployment.
Excellent attention to detail, project management, and communication
skills.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia
Design, or related field (preferred).
2–5 years of hands-on experience in e-learning content creation.
Portfolio of e-learning modules is required
