Accessibility QC Specialist (Contractor)

Review AllenComm eLearning deliverables for accessibility compliance prior to client delivery. Test using NVDA screen reader and keyboard-only navigation. Validate against WCAG 2.X AA standards. Provide feedback report, we have an initial checklist but will want help refining, adding adjusting etc. Test deliverables using NVDA (free, self-installed). Conduct keyboard-only navigation testing. Check alt text, color contrast, focus order, and closed caption accuracy. Verify screen reader compatibility for interactive elements. Document issues clearly with steps to reproduce. Complete reviews within agreed turnaround windows. Submit hours weekly. Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Hands-on experience with NVDA screen reader (candidate provides own installation). Ability to conduct keyboard-only navigation testing. Experience identifying and documenting accessibility failures. Strong written communication. Reliable availability for evening / weekend review windows. Familiarity with Articulate Rise or Storyline output. Experience with WAVE or Axe browser extensions. Background in eLearning development or accessibility consulting. Section 508 compliance experience. Comfortable working asynchronously with remote teams.
