Key focus areas include Digital Transformation, Enterprise AI, Data & Analytics, and Product Engineering—reflecting its strategic commitment to driving innovation and value for clients across industries. **Job Title:** Braille Expert (Accessibility Specialist) **Location:** Pan India **Experience:** 3+ years **Job Type :** Contract to hire. **Notice Period:** Immediate **Role Overview** We are seeking a skilled Braille Expert (Accessibility Specialist) to support accessibility initiatives by ensuring digital content and applications are usable for visually impaired users. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Braille transcription, accessibility testing, and assistive technologies. **Key Responsibilities** - Read, write, and interpret Braille (Grade 1 & Grade 2) with high accuracy - Perform Braille transcription and proofreading of documents - Conduct accessibility testing for digital products, including: - Windows applications - Websites - Documents (PDF, Word, etc.) - Work with assistive technologies such as: - Screen readers (e.g., Narrator, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver) - Refreshable Braille displays - Ensure compliance with accessibility standards like WCAG guidelines - Validate keyboard navigation and non-mouse interactions **Mandatory Skills** - Proficiency in Braille reading and writing (Grade 1 & Grade 2) - Hands-on experience in Braille transcription and proofreading - Experience in accessibility testing of digital platforms - Familiarity with assistive technologies (screen readers, Braille displays) - Strong understanding of WCAG and accessibility principles **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in engineering and related field. **Seniority Level** - Mid-Senior level **Industry** - IT Services and IT Consulting **Employment Type** - Contract **Job Functions** - Business Development - Consulting
