Accessibility Tester (Web & Mobile)

We are seeking an Accessibility Tester with 0 to 2 years of experience to perform manual accessibility testing for web and mobile platforms, ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards. Responsibilities include testing with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver), validating keyboard navigation, color contrast, and ARIA usage, logging defects, and collaborating with development teams. Candidates should have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility concepts, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn. Good to have: knowledge of ADA compliance, exposure to Axe, Lighthouse, or WAVE tools, mobile app accessibility testing experience, and accessibility certification.
