As part of the Application Compliance Initiatives and Governance (ACI) group, the Digital Accessibility Team provides digital accessibility expertise to help Wells Fargo Technology and other line of business teams accomplish the goal of producing accessible-compliant products and software to customers, partners and teammates. This role will apply subject matter expertise of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), ADA and other related regulations and guidelines to accurately assess digital assets for compliance with accessibility policies and rules. This role is posted as a Digital Accessibility Analyst; however, the Wells Fargo job title is Technology Business Services Senior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Act as a subject matter expert on digital accessibility, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups to ensure compliance with digital accessibility guidelines, standards and regulations
Contribute to evaluation capabilities that will ensure digital accessibility compliance
Partner with multiple Agile Scrum teams in different Lines of Business simultaneously
Selected candidate will be required to work within one of the following Wells Fargo locations: Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; or Clive, IA. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Required Qualifications
1+ year experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, 2.1 or a combination of both
3+ years of Microsoft office suite experience such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
3+ years of technology experience

Desired Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of technology governance
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Experience writing and editing internal communications and training-related materials in a corporate environment or financial institution
Knowledge and understanding of accessibility methods and standards, ADA Title III, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), or Section 508 compliance guidelines
Ability to act as a subject matter expert on Section 508 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
Experience managing small technology development efforts within a major line of business
Ability to influence across impacted organization levels, particularly initiative sponsors

Other Desired Qualifications
Relevant industry certification (e.g. International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS))
