Execute and manage a profitable Accessibility services program staffed with trained employees of all abilities. Organize and lead a team of direct reports and peers to a desired result within a matrix corporate structure. Coach management within a growth-oriented environment. Provide oversight and direction in the selection and implementation of new systems to support the success of the Accessibility services business line. Utilize industry experience to create solutions to obstacles encountered during the development of the Accessibility services line of business. Oversee the development of sustainable operational processes to insure a high-level customer experience. Assess, develop, and execute training for Accessibility Services, for both internal and external stakeholders. Provide leadership, management, and supervision, of all LC Industries Accessibility Services projects. Manage project teams directly related with Accessibility services and develop associated project plans. Coach and guide teams through manual and automated Accessibility testing and remediation techniques and methods. Present and deliver accessibility solutions to the client related to key accessibility regulations such as Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 guidelines. Coordinate the preparation of digital accessibility proposals, business plans, RFPs, work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms, and conditions of contracts. Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers. Organize, direct, and manage contract operational support functions, involving multiple complex tasks. Manage and delegate responsibilities to subordinates and oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks. Manage project schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders. Execute market penetration plans to grow Accessibility services. Identify and cultivate industry relationships with potential customers and partners with the objective of innovative growth in Accessibility services for LCI. Work cross-functionally to develop support programs required by the Accessibility services business line. These support programs could be either employee related such as training, or infrastructure related such as technology infrastructure supporting LCI service offerings. Develop new business with existing customers and drive new business with potential clients in the marketplace. Participate in negotiations of new contract agreements or changes to existing contracts. Assist in the development of financial performance models outlining capital investment required, return on investment, and pricing strategies, for LCI Tech Accessibility services offering.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field. Graduate degree preferred. Certification in Accessibility is preferred. E.G.: Trusted Tester, CPACC (Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies), WAS (Web Accessibility Specialist). 5-7 years program management or equivalent experience managing complex projects in the tech industry that require independent thought and cradle to grave development of an idea through development into execution. 3-5 years directly working with Accessibility requirements for technology. Minimum of 3 years of practical digital accessibility experience. Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script and other programming languages. Familiarity with functions and use of Assistive technologies such as JAWS, Non-Visual Desktop Access, Narrator, Dragonspeak and VoiceOver. Strong familiarity with accessibility design principles and initiatives, and expert knowledge of digital accessibility solutions. Thorough understanding of front-end technologies including limitations and constraints, as it relates to digital accessibility for mobile and responsive web applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, including executive, individual contributors, and team audiences with varying skillsets. Ability to develop a plan and organize resources to execute the plan. Leadership skills and ability to retain and motivate talent. Proven ability to effectively collaborate and manage multiple groups and tasks to schedule.

10-15% travel required.
