Designer

"Visa is heavily investing in its Global Product Design Team to help support its growing digital product ecosystem, which is comprised of four specializations: Consumer, Commercial Money Movement, Value-Added Services, and Platforms. We are looking for a Designer to join our Platforms Team.

In this role, you will model excellent UX principles and collaborate with a team of experienced designers. The Designer is an individual contributor who will be responsible for designing usable, accessible and engaging user experiences.

Role responsibilities include:

- Design usable, accessible and engaging digital experiences.
- Collaborate with our cross-functional product and business teams and build upon their vision using sound design principles to ensure alignment and project success.
- Own and make design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design principles
- Exercise independent judgment with support from supervisor and other designers
- Be an advocate for our users · Capture requirements, design flows, wireframes, testable prototypes and fully fleshed out designs · Effectively demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skill

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
