Minimum qualifications:

3 years of experience in UX Design, Program Management, or Product Management in Consumer Hardware.
3 years of experience with prototyping and development for hardware and software products.
Experience with Product Inclusion, Accessibility, or Equitable Design.


Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience managing or leading design teams or design consulting.
Experience designing and developing innovative consumer hardware devices.
Ability to communicate user research and early-stage ideas with rapid visualizations.
Ability to be organized, manage multiple workstreams, and prioritize the most impactful work.
Excellent hardware technical engineering and problem-solving skills.
Excellent executive communication skills and passionate about building good working relationships across different organizations.

Additional Information
(Colorado only*) Minimum salary range between $174,000 - $187,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.

Responsibilities

Support our roadmap for inclusion and accessibility feature technology and research in hardware products, components, and packaging.
Partner with teams to define and prototype product innovation which will increase hardware product accessibility and helpfulness.
Improve processes, share best practices, and publish reporting/metrics which will help teams deliver on these goals.
