Senior QA Engineer, Accessibility



Zendesk is committed to delivering products which are accessible to everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. The mission of our Product Accessibility team is to set up our product development organization for success in shipping fully inclusive products. We do this at scale through technical enablement including tools, training and consulting.

We are looking for a QA Engineer, Accessibility to join our team and assist product teams with their manual testing, using assistive technology and other tools. As well as a deep technical ability we’re looking for someone with excellent collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pairing with others to help them learn to test, so we can scale expertise throughout the organization.
