Lead Business Execution Consultant - Accessibility Risk Management

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant as part of the Human Resources Transformation and Services team focusing on Accessibility Risk Management, reporting to the Accessibility Risk Program Leader.

In this role, you will:

Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Assess business impact, prioritize initiatives, and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment through project planning and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives and product and tooling decisions to align with higher initiatives
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Communicate product status to stakeholders and various key teams around the organization
Drive internal process improvement across teams, remove roadblocks and deliver accessibility best practices across responsible business unit
Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for products and task
Provide program management and recommendations during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation of SDLC
Ensure accessible environment and help execute products and services more inclusive to people with disabilities

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience working accessibility programs and Products
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, section 508 standards
Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements and defining scope
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking and leadership
Experience working with technical management, UX/UI teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
Analytical and problem-solving experience with largescale systems
Experience establishing work relationships across multidisciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones
Experience working closely with design/research, engineering, products leads, Quality Assurance, operations and other cross-functional partners to help build support for the accessibility program and provide guidance and domain expertise to various teams
Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online skills related to Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI a plus

Job Expectations:

Pay Range:

$96,600-$171,800

Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards
