Prioritize information architecture just as highly as aesthetic
Consistently communicate clearly and concisely
Deeply understand topics of disability inclusion
Possess expert knowledge of digital accessibility and universal design principles
Dive nto a problem to deliver results
Deliver quick iterative success that builds on their work and the work of others

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

5+ years bringing digital products to life
3+ years in a role focusing on disability inclusion or digital accessibility
3+ years creating low fidelity and high-fidelity mockups impacting an external customer-base
3+ years working on a team using agile or lean development practices
2+ years mapping user journeys and documenting customer experiences
Demonstrated knowledge of accessibility standards: WCAG 2.1, Universal Design Principles
Subject matter expertise of Apple and Google Human Interface Guidelines
Fluent use of industry standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, etc.
