User Experience Accessibility Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a User Experience Accessibility Analyst in Saint Louis, MO.

Responsibilities:

Conduct manual accessibility testing of digital products
As a User Experience Accessibility Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure accessibility is integrated into the development process
Identify UX A11Y issues and use template to provide detailed feedback to the development team to ensure issues are addressed promptly

The performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:

They have to be able to provide results at a similar cadence to the existing team members

REQUIREMENTS:

HTML/CSS/JavaScript hard coding
Native Mobile App Accessibility Testing
Manual Accessibility Testing

Preferred skills/experience:

REACT hard coding
Native Mobile App Coding
UX A11Y Design Review

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
