Portfolio of UX-focused work samples for web and mobile applications.

Experience in best design practices for mobile and web UIs.
Ability to interpret loosely structured ideas and requirements across products to identify patterns and create elegantly simple and feasible user experiences.
Excellent interaction and visual design skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

As a User Experience (UX) leader, you help define and drive the future of Google design. You identify and set product strategy, envision complex UX ecosystems and inspire teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You possess a clear vision of the future of user experience and have the courage to pursue forward-thinking design.

In this role, you will apply your passion for brand, craft, and design fidelity to guide research and design processes, mentor talented members of your team, and collaborate with leaders of other UX and Engineering teams to create innovative experiences across all of Google’s products.

As an Accessibility UX Manager, you will join the Google Ads team and help us define the vision and execution strategy to make Google Ads a leader in accessibility, ensure all advertisers can achieve their business goals.

In this role, you will contribute excellent interaction and problem-solving skills, a passion for enterprise design problems, and a desire to craft elegant, useful, and efficient experiences for our enterprise and consumer users. Additionally, you will have a desire to learn or build upon specific skills in designing for users with accessibility needs. You will working with teams to develop accessibility best practices while demonstrating excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities

Create the vision and roadmap of Google Ads Accessibility efforts based on organization and company-wide priorities.
Lead cross-Google collaborations to drive key accessibility-focused initiatives.
Design usable and accessible user experiences (e.g., keyboard navigation, screen reader verbalizations, etc).
Help design new tools or plug-ins for UX and developer tools to support designing for A11Y.
Consult with teams to create usable and accessible experiences (e.g., sprints, working sessions, office hours). Identify and lead efforts to explore ill-defined areas or new ideas around designing for accessibility.
