Digital Accessibility Manager
See yourself in our team:
The Digital, Operations and Technology (DOT) team is responsible for the world-leading application of technology and operations across every aspect of CommBank and Bankwest – from product platforms for our customer, to essential tools within our business. We also use technology to drive efficient and timely processing.
DOT is made up of a number of domains. Within each of our domains, we focus on delivering one or more of the Bank’s strategic priorities, often supporting a specific Business Unit (e.g. Retail Banking, Business Banking, Institutional Banking). We are always looking for ways to optimise our existing propositions, bringing the power of digital banking to every customer.
Within DOT, the Publishing & DJOM Chapter is responsible for establishing a centralised content publishing, production and UX writing team that supports each tribe in DOT and partners with Journey Optimisation, Marketing & DDS.
