The People Compliance & Data Privacy (PCDP) team provides innovative HR compliance solutions that create business value through risk mitigation, proactive program design and strategic cross-functional partnerships. As part of the International People Compliance pillar, the Global Accessibility & Compliance Lead will design and drive our Accessibility program. We are looking for a leader and team player to help evolve and implement our long-term roadmap and take our existing programs to the next level.
Accessibility Roadmap: Provide accessibility subject matter expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams (e.g. hardware, software, facilities) to clarify accessibility requirements and acceptance criteria
Facilitate and leverage internal and external network of partners to drive global accessibility standards for facilities design, systems/tools and events
Provide context to legal/regulatory accessibility requirements and help identify scalable strategies and tooling across company
Monitor progress in resolving accessibility opportunities while considering priorities and deadlines
Continue to scale and enhance strategies in an effort to build a best-in-class program
Drive process improvement for all program elements, including documentation of program elements
Management and Engagement: Increase awareness of regulatory obligations through training & communication
Use influence to drive engagement and accountability across partners, at all levels, in support of company standards and requirements
Develop cross-functional partnerships with Learning, D&I and Policy teams to contribute to directional strategy for disability inclusion
Provide guidance and policy & compliance inputs to employee resource groups
Compliance and Reporting: Drive innovative and compliant continuous improvement to global disability self-identification efforts
Set and monitor parameters for use of data/metrics relating to accessibility & disability
Monitor outreach events and related data for reporting and insights to influence compliance recruitment strategy
Build cross-functional partnerships to support & inform tailored strategies to reach qualified candidates and employees with disabilities

5+ years knowledge of/experience with internal/employee Accessibility requirements
Familiarity with hiring legislation and requirements across global markets
Knowledge of/experience with WCAG standards, U.S. accessibility related to the ADA as well as applicable global disability legislation
Experience with project design and management
Experience presenting to internal and external groups
Experience at a Corporate level communication, collaboration and facilitation skills
Experience innovating and influencing cross-functionally, at all levels
Experience working collaboratively across globally distributed teams
Experience working independently and remotely
