Position Summary
TBT is seeking a frontend or platform developer with accessibility expertise to help deliver a finalized publication as a digitally accessible product. You’ll work closely with the content and instructional team to ensure the final guide is functional, responsive, and Section 508 compliant for web or app users.

Key Responsibilities

Convert finalized content into a structured digital format suitable for web or mobile access
Apply WCAG and Section 508 accessibility standards
Build navigation, anchor linking, and/or responsive views for usability
Provide input on layout consistency and styling to preserve formatting from the print-ready version
Conduct basic usability and accessibility testing

Qualifications

Experience developing public-facing web or app-based content
Strong knowledge of accessibility requirements (WCAG, Section 508)
Proficiency in HTML/CSS or no-code web platforms; familiarity with mobile/responsive design
Ability to collaborate with design and content teams during implementation phase
Experience with government or education-related products is a plus

Contract Type: 1099
Estimated Pay: $45–$65/hour

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
