**Senior Accessibility Test Analyst**

**Location: ACT, NSW, VIC**
Are you passionate about ensuring digital experiences are accessible to everyone? We're looking for a Senior Accessibility Test Analyst to support testing across cloud-hosted applications and SAP CRM Portals. You’ll play a vital role in embedding accessibility into enterprise platforms, leveraging WCAG 2.1 standards and assistive technologies to enhance the digital experience for all users.
**Key Duties:**
* Design and execute accessibility test plans, test cases, and scripts aligned with WCAG 2.1
* Perform end-to-end accessibility audits across cloud platforms and applications
* Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure accessibility is built into solutions from the start
* Prepare test documentation, defect reports, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
**Key Criteria:**
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in accessibility & WCAG testing, including cloud-hosted systems and CRM portals
* Proven expertise with WCAG 2.1 guidelines and impact on user experience
* 2+ years of accessibility testing in large-scale environments including 3rd party systems
* Strong proficiency in tools such as WAVE, JAWS, ZoomText or similar
