We are looking for a leader that models inclusive design. A leader who puts people in the center of what they build and espouse design as not just a process but a practice that enables others. This role will be a part of a Dell Digital team that is building best-in-class ways of working with each other while keeping humans front and center as our touchstone and directional voice.


You have a proven track record of helping conceive, define, and execute customer experiences across digital products, collaborating with product owners, designers, developers, researchers, architects, and business stakeholders. You have a deep understanding of how to deliver solutions that bring measurable results. You’ve worked on a range of challenging projects across all steps of the process: discovery, research, usability, prototyping, artifacts, and delivery. Formal training in the practice of accessibility is required for this role.

The Accessibility Leader will collaborate with the necessary groups to establish new policies for Accessibility at Dell while driving inclusive design and customer-focused outcomes. This role will lead a product team whose responsibility will be to deliver guidelines and training for Dell Digital. They will operate as the subject matter experts on Accessibility for Dell Digital and offer consultant services to the broader organization. This role will require partnership with executives across Dell Technologies to bring awareness of accessibility into product development while continuing innovation specific to automation and testing to help the CICD process.


Key Responsibilities

Ensure accessibility is integrated into design principles and the Design Language System

Act as a consultant to Dell Digital leaders in adoption and approach/strategy for accessibility

​Keep abreast of the current and future directions of the Accessibility arena and associated technologies that Dell can leverage towards reaching all our customers

Consistentlyprovide creative input in the design of company-wide (global) product deployment plans, working with all functions including marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and operations to drive accessibility awareness and implementation

Responsible for creation and oversight of Dell Digital Accessibility strategy and contributor to larger enterprise strategy

Responsible for leading and developing the product team working on accessibility initiatives and training

Develop peer community outside of Dell (helps keep Dell competitive and modern) with local non-profits and academic entities


Essential Requirements

Communicate with executives for program updates and strategic direction
Drive process improvement initiatives to help automation testing and product deployment
Use Design Thinking to drive business objectives through customer feedback
Participate with other senior leaders to develop strategic plans and objectives

Develops and maintains direct customer relationships and key internal constituents
