Accessibility Engineer

Skilled in using a wide range of assistive technologies, including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, and speech recognition tools
Strong command of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
Deep expertise in accessibility standards including WCAG 2.1 (and beyond), AODA, AMA, and Section 508 compliance
Solid grasp of color contrast requirements, usability principles, and responsive design best practices
Capable of identifying accessibility issues and recommending both technical and user experience (UX) improvements
Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills for working across multidisciplinary teams
Holds relevant accessibility certifications such as CPACC, WAS, or Trusted Tester
Familiar with Agile software development methodologies and practices
Experienced in testing mobile accessibility and ensuring responsive design accessibility across platforms
