The Role
Is to represent employees and customers with a disability and advocate for Accessibility across the Digital Asset team.
Essential Criteria
Expert knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 guidelines and techniques
Able to support accessible product development from design through development to quality testing
Experience testing accessibility on multiple platforms (desktop, tablet, iOS, Android)
Solid understanding of Web Accessibility Initiative – Accessible Rich Internet Applications (WAI-ARIA) best practices and implementation in complex user interfaces
Familiarity with assistive technologies for a variety of disabilities e.g screen readers
In-depth knowledge of inclusive design practices, technical accessibility and digital accessibility best practices
Experience in HTML, JavaScript and CSS development (front end knowledge)
Able to identify inaccessible features of visual and interaction design
Able to support accessible product development from design through development to quality testing

Adobe Experience Manager
Commercial exp. with AngularJS
Experience with ReactJS
