Therefore we are interested in people who meet the following profile:

Screen Reader Specialist
The main tasks consist in the implementation of methods in the field of accessibility of interactive technologies, always based on international standards (WCAG):

Testing websites, mobile apps, electronic documents using screen readers
Carrying out awareness raising and training, especially screen reader demonstrations
Advising customers and project management
As part of the job, you will advise internal and external customers on screen reader requirements when implementing accessible offers, and support workshops and training courses on the subject of accessibility. If you are interested and suitable, a higher level of employment and an extended task profile are also possible.

What we expect from you:
You are an expert in using screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack) and are able to use them to test digital offerings.
It is advantageous if you have a relevant qualification (media, computer science or related disciplines) and relevant professional experience.
You already have knowledge of the standards in the field of digital accessibility (WCAG 2.1, WAI-ARIA) and possibly also of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or are willing to acquire this knowledge. Corresponding IAAP certificates are an advantage.
You know the web agency business and have experience in handling internet projects.
Analytical and conceptual thinking, planning and acting are just as natural to you as working independently and on your own initiative.
Your mother tongue is German and you have a good knowledge of English (knowledge of other languages ​​is an advantage).
You are a communicative, goal-oriented personality with persuasiveness and social skills, who knows how to appear confident and authoritative, both internally and externally.
