Senior Program Manager, Product Accessibility

As a Senior Program Manager for Product Development, you’ll work side-by-side with our Product Accessibility team to drive Accessibility initiatives across our Product, Engineering, and Design teams. Our Accessibility team is tasked with building tools, services and processes that will enable Zendesk to deliver products which meet WCAG 2.1 AA, and exceed it wherever possible. You will not only drive cross-functional programs but also enhance and introduce processes that will enable us to deliver on this vision.

You’ll partner primarily with Product Development teams at every level of the organization, from scrum teams, to program sponsors and executive leadership. You will run the full lifecycle of complex programs from requirements gathering and program definition, through design and implementation, and delivery. You will have a global reach in this role and can expect to work with colleagues across EMEA, APAC and AMER.
