Senior Accessibility Engineer

Job description

Knowledge of Accessibility Testing
1-3 Years of experience in Accessibility Testing
Knowledge of ADA/Section 508/WCAG 2.0 & WCAG 2.1 compliance.
Define web accessibility test scenarios and test conditions.
Hand on experience in Web, Desktop and Mobile Accessibility Testing.
Test the websites and applications using screen readers like JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover etc.
Should be familiar with code and able to provide recommendations for fixing accessibility issues.
Experience in using shortcuts and keystrokes for assistive technologies.
Proficiency in creating VPAT and Compliance report.
Should be able to perform Regression test on reported issues.
Work daily across different disciplines to build designs and help them understand the value design can bring to our users and the community.

Required Candidate profile

Must have B.Tech/BE or equivalent degree in CS/IT
Certification like Trusted Tester, IAAP-CPACC would be a plus.
Strong communication in English, specially written to describe the issues properly.
Knowledge of HTML and Data Table Structure
Can-do attitude, passionate and eagerness to learn new technology

Should have personal windows laptop/MacBook.
