Associate Quality Engineer

***This role can be located in Dallas, TX, or Memphis, TN***

What will I be doing?
As an Associate Quality Engineer at Hilton, you will be responsible for assuring the quality of Hilton's web, mobile, and/or team member platforms. You will make sure Web and Mobile applications are ADA-compliant and meet industry standards to provide equal access and equal opportunity to people with diverse abilities.

More specifically, you will:

Create, maintain, execute, and update the product testing strategy including running manual tests and advising on the automation framework
Test products in all phases of their life cycle
Understand and execute automation test strategy
Coordinate manual and automated testing activities
Collaborate with engineers to achieve expected quality levels in products
Influence the inclusion of testability during the design and development phases
Participate in functioning processes and testing of products
Be responsible for Accessibility (A11Y) testing on cross-functional channels
Ensure compliance of quality processes and standards including reporting
Identify bugs and quality issues

To fulfill this role optimally, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

Four (4)+ years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field
One (1)+ year(s) experience in testing the application with A11Y tools like AXE and JAWS
10% travel may be required
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
Three (3)+ years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field
