As part of this growth, we are looking to hire an Accessibility Specialist: Project Delivery. The role of this position will be to represent Magic delivery in large and strategic client engagements. With time the role will be required to expand the Accessibility onshore team.

Key Responsibilities:
The role will be the delivery point of contact for Magic's strategic and large clients. This role requires someone who is deeply passionate about accessibility, with a depth of knowledge of accessibility barriers and the tools and techniques for overcoming them.

Responsibilities will include the following:
Lead delivery for specific large and strategic clients that are being performed by offshore cross-functional teams
Communicate with the client and coordinate with offshore teams
Identifying recommendations for accessibility barriers based on WCAG 2.1/2.0 standards
Participate in carrying out comprehensive Accessibility testing of Web and Mobile applications
Write VPAT Reports & ACC&R reports
Present overall delivery status, facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, convincing, and organized manner
Participating in accessibility Events, Conferences, and also conducting Webinars

Requirements
10+ years in Industry and minimum of 3+ years in the digital accessibility – Expertise in Mobile and Web application testing
Strong understanding of Web Content and Mobile Accessibility Standards
Assistive Technology Tools: JAWS, NVDA, TalkBack, VoiceOver, switch device, ZoomText, Dragon Naturally Speaking, Voice Control
Experience using testing tools: aXe, WAVE, Color Contrast Analyzer, Accessible Name & Description Inspector (ANDI),
Performing accessibility testing on Windows/macOS with various browsers including Chrome/Safari/Firefox/IE
Proficient in understanding and authoring test strategies and plans for WAI-ARIA
Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to provide recommendations on complex issues
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Optional Certifications:
IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC)
Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) Certification
