This position will work closely with other team members to implement a mix of front-end and back-end solutions using the latest web technologies. We are looking for a sharp, business -oriented person that can contribute technically and strengthen our team culture with their unique perspective. Responsibilities:
Develop performant and accessible user interfaces using modern web tools.
Create rapid prototypes of UI layouts and components.
Ensure that the web application is optimized for various devices.
Contribute to team code reviews and collaborate with other engineers on team delivery of features.
Take an active role in learning best practices on the web and guiding others.
Stay informed of best practices, new tools, libraries, and share ideas with the team.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UX designs.
Ensure our products are the highest in quality and usability.
Consistently deliver clean, maintainable and efficient frontend code.
Stay informed of new tools, libraries, and best practices and share ideas with the team.
Required Skills:
Fluency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a strong knowledge of best practices on the web.
Understanding of general CSS principles such as the cascade, inheritance and specificity.
Focused on web accessibility and building with inclusive front-end design patterns.
Competent in working with a Git workflow.
Experience authoring modern JavaScript using TypeScript.
Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Svelte.
Ability to collaborate, think creatively, and solve problems.
Proactiveness, communicative, and fast learner.
Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations.
Understanding of asynchronous data request handling and state management.

Desired Qualifications:
Knowledgeable of modern CSS concepts such as CSS grid, flexbox, and custom properties.
Experience in creating finite state machines and statecharts (Xstate).
Experience with serverless or JAMstack architecture.
Enjoy continuous delivery and have automated tested experience with Jest or Cyprus
Compensation $100,000- $135,000 Base Salary
We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training and experience related to scope of responsibilities.

Bonus – This position is eligible for the company’s bonus plan, to the extent offered, at a target bonus percentage of up to 10% of your annual salary.
Benefits – This position is eligible for a health and welfare benefits package including medical, dental & vision insurance.
FAM Trip – This Position is eligible for the Employee Familiarization Travel Program following three (3) consecutive months of employment. This program provides you up to one seven (7) day reservation in an eligible Inspirato property per your employment calendar year – subject to seasonal property demands and the company Employee Familiarization Travel Program Terms and Conditions.

Salary Range: $100000 - $135000
