Senior Product Manager, Website Factory
PURPOSE
Within the Consumer & Customer Experience Platform, we are more than just a technology delivery engine; we are pioneers in transforming consumer health through innovative and scalable digital solutions. Our mission is clear: to place the consumer at the heart of everything we do, empowering a diverse range of stakeholders—including healthcare professionals, pharmacies, customer and category teams, and retailers—to achieve their health goals. As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and leading multiple strategic products (such as our website factory platform and Customer Contact Center) that are core to the business of Consumer Health. This role involves setting the strategic vision for the products as well as managing the product backlog prioritizing the work of the assigned squads, to achieve the vision and aligned business outcomes.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strategic leadership and end-to-end ownership throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that products are designed with accessibility and personalization in mind;
Develop strategies to implement personalized user experiences that cater to individual needs and preferences;
Optimize capabilities to achieve business outcomes efficiently, utilizing strong strategic planning, decision-making, and influencing skills to balance user and stakeholder needs;
Create comprehensive product roadmaps based on user needs and non-functional requirements;
Track and report on progress against 90-day outcomes and manage product delivery while streamlining the backlog;
Apply Design Thinking methodology to prioritize problems and conduct usability, feasibility, business fit, and value testing;
Drive agile best practices with the team to improve delivery, including continuous planning ahead of each development cycle;
Establish continuous feedback loops with users to refine personalization features and ensure they meet evolving user needs;
Proactively communicate and educate team members and stakeholders on the importance of accessibility and personalization in product design;
Collaborate across all platforms driving technology simplification as well as composability, reusability, and scalability towards our target IMPACT architecture.
The primary location for this role is Whippany, NJ.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
Must have one of the following:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar filed, OR
A minimum of 4 years equivalent practical experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree;
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Product Management Professional (PMP) or any other equivalent certification;
AI related certifications such as "AI Product Manager Nanodegree - Udacity" or "AI for Product Managers - Product School;"
5 or more years of experience as a product manager with at least 2 years of experience with Agile development and DevOps;
Experience within one of the top consumer goods companies OR in one of the larger consumer goods startups with a focus on excelling in user experience through technology;
Ability to focus on user experience and product usability, ensuring that solutions are intuitive, accessible, and meet customer needs;
Experience with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and tools for testing accessibility;
Experience with Design Thinking Methodology as well as in UI development, specifically with the Lightning Component Framework and Aura;
Familiarity with tools such as Figma and Visio;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members;
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions;
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders;
Ability to continuously learn and apply new advancements in technology and (Gen) AI.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $99,839 and $149,759. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
