We have an immediate opening for a Senior Program Manager to drive accessibility governance & compliance within its Privacy & Customer trust team for the commercial business.
The candidate is expected to have broad practical implementation knowledge of designing and running governance & compliance programs for accessibility specifically across systems and people within a complex multi-national business.

Responsibilities
As the Senior Accessibility Program Manager, you will stand up the Accessibility program to support the Commercial business including efforts to:
Envision and design the accessibility program for the WW commercial business which includes all programmatic components & a plan to achieve delivery of a robust program using a phased approach.
Focus on two major pillars of the Accessibility program namely Systems (application, websites) and suppliers, partnering with MS Digital, Product engineering, Supplier (Procurement) and Systems and Tools (legal) to drive systematic durable inclusion of accessibility.
Serve as SME for accessibility; specifically, around WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and MAS, (Microsoft Accessibility Standards), and translate remediations to business to ensure ease of understanding.
Leverage third party certified Trusted Testers to deliver accessibility testing and compliance grading per legal/corporate criteria for applications and websites.
Own and manage remediation backlog and priorities with our business and technology partners.
Collaborate with partner teams across Microsoft to track compliance status.
Generate and maintain dashboards and reports that track program health and success metrics.
Conduct Business Reviews and Steer Co meetings.
Communicate technical challenges to stakeholders and makes educated trade-off decisions based on those challenges.
Collaborate with legal, internal accessibility program leaders and cross-company accessibility champs to share learnings and insights, and advocate for cross-org aligned process and procedures that promote efficiency and clarity.
Partner across regions, leadership, disability communities, and other stakeholders to evaluate and then improve organizational maturity in terms of accessibility.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years of experience leading complex programs or initiatives in an enterprise setting or similar organization.
Experience working with multiple teams outside of your own group in large/complex organizations.
Experience in application of or knowledge of WCAG standards, ADA understanding
Experience or knowledge of accessibility testing products

Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, Six Sigma or other focused training on Project/Program Management
Trusted tester certification (e.g. TTV5 )
Passion for the Accessibility space is a must! Experience with Accessibility including subject matter expertise in Accessible products, events, content, and learning is preferred but not required.
Exceptional performance with measurable impact in program or project management
Experience in working with global and cross-functional internal and external teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills – known as a great communicator with the ability to synthesize the complex.
Ability to find solutions and a path forward even in ambiguous situations.
Track record of taking on big challenges and delivering results with high attention to detail and impeccable quality.
Resilient, with a Growth Mindset, able to navigate a fast-changing environment and iterate quickly on potential solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and pro-actively manage deliverables with minimal supervision.
