About our Team
The SEO and Accessibility Team is expanding, and we're looking to bring on board an additional Product Manager with a working knowledge and some experience of successfully implementing the more technical aspects of SEO and Accessibility solutions. This is not a content marketing, social media, or PPC advertising role. This position is for someone who understands contemporary principles of web development.

About the Role
Search Engine Optimization and Web Accessibility are increasingly important to ensure that ScienceDirect.com and other Elsevier websites have optimal exposure. Researchers rely on search engines to find what they need. It's essential we provide opportunities to access ScienceDirect and effectively use the site. There is interplay between SEO and Accessibility, and it is important to find solutions and improvements that serve both needs.

Responsibilities
Collecting data and analysing results from SEO experiments
Writing agile stories to guide site improvements
Researching, analysing, and discovering competitors. Monitoring their presence and innovations in the realms of SEO and Accessibility
Compiling monthly SEO report data on traffic, conversions, rankings, etc.

Requirements
Familiarity with Google and Bing services, including Google Search Console and Core Web Vitals
An understanding of Analytics tools e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
Demonstrable accessibility experience, preferably with a major brand or large website
