Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled UI Engineer – Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design and development of intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces. As an SME, you will provide technical leadership, set UI/UX standards, and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. This role requires deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, UI architecture, accessibility, and performance optimization.


Key Responsibilities:

Act as the go-to expert for all UI/UX-related design and development across the project or organization.
Lead the development of scalable, reusable, and responsive UI components using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
Establish and enforce UI development best practices, code standards, and design patterns.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior UI engineers, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure high performance of applications across all major browsers and devices.
Champion accessibility (WCAG/ARIA standards) and usability across all UI deliverables.
Drive innovation in UI design and technologies, staying ahead of industry trends.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues and bottlenecks.
