Adobe is looking for an experienced accessibility professional with experience in product management to work on Adobe's accessibility effort. This position will focus on developing materials to support product teams broadly and will work directly with Adobe product team members. This position is part of the Adobe Accessibility team. We are looking for someone with outstanding accessibility, communication, and interpersonal skills. In addition to working with product teams, this role will also help the accessibility team complete other activities to support Adobe’s broader accessibility efforts. As an Accessibility Product Manager, you will help improve accessibility in Adobe products and services through the development of resources to help scale accessibility efforts across all product teams! You will also assist in the coordination and monitoring of progress on accessibility, working with product management and engineering to help identify and scope accessibility features, perform design reviews, and help teams ensure successful development of accessibility features.

Principal Responsibilities

Development of resources to support product teams’ understanding and implementation of accessibility features – strong communication skills (writing/presenting) and technical skills are required
Assist product teams in conceptualizing and planning accessibility features
Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and policy in the US and Worldwide
Act as liaison between product teams and the accessibility team
Collect and interpret data on progress toward accessibility goals and on business metrics
Participation in accessibility outreach activities

Desired Experience

Four-year college degree, or equivalent experience.
Solid understanding of and experience with assistive technologies
Experience working with enterprise software development projects
Experience developing instructional materials and resources
Experience developing with the needs of users with disabilities in mind
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Occasional travel may be required
