OPERATIONS & REPORTING ANALYST

As a reporting professional on our Digital Accessibility team, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues and management to manage the reporting and data management functions for our dashboard reporting and metric analytics across Consumer & Community Banking (CCB). You will draw on your strengths of being detail oriented, data driven, and able to manage competing priorities to produce meaningful and impactful reports that enable decision making and highlight progress, risks and issues across the programs. In addition to collaborating with your teammates, you'll communicate with stakeholders across the firm to work toward the best possible outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau, data transformation tools such as Alteryx, and data sources such as Jira, to build impactful dashboards and reporting for leadership and stakeholders
Structuring analytics to identify potential opportunities including the identification of the key measures
Conducting clear analysis, logical structuring, and creative problem solving on critical issues
Working with stakeholders on requirements for key business metrics, visualization, delivery and enabling actionable insights
Supporting the technology data strategy through the building of common product, business, and reference databases and automation
Collaborating with the product office and data teams and present recommendations on how to strategically solve problems and convey key messages using data visualization
Building relationships with technology management, internal users and external stakeholders
Communicating recommendations and status updates to impacted stakeholders ensuring data needs are being met


Qualifications include:

General understanding of ADA policies, Section 508 & the 21st Century Communications Act regulations as well as the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level A & AA Success Criteria and PDF/UA standard to ensure conformance with this requirement
2-5 years of hands-on experience developing analytical solutions, data visualizations, reports, and interactive experiences in a fast-paced environment (preferably financial services), including experience with Executive level reporting
Strong data visualization capabilities , including at least 2 years of experience in Tableau or similar tools to design and implement analytics
Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, charting, macros, calculations)
Experience with Jira: epic creation, writing queries, plan views, creating dashboards, and assisting with ensuring hygiene.
At least 2 years of experience in data sourcing, transformation and clean up, including use of data ETL tools such as Alteryx, Tableau Prep
Experience in data querying using API, ODBS connections, Access DB and Excel VBA
Practical understanding of Software Development, Agile, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering and related tools, Jira, Kanban Board
Understanding of business domain concepts including finance and expense management, product management, and organizational effectiveness a plus.
Strong influencer and team player.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability in working autonomously, embracing ambiguity, adapting to shifting priorities and navigating through change positively
Demonstrated experience with partnering across teams to deliver on desired outcomes
Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution or product delivery
