Qualification:
Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM†Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or related field)
Responsibility:
Facilitate workshops and meetings across IT, Business and Legal teams to prioritize scope and define roadmap for accessibility compliance
Lead requirements definition exercises and document process / system workflows
Work with IT architecture teams to design any necessary changes required in customers applications and provide realistic technical guidance to clients that can be integrated into current or new user interfaces
Interact with the development and the testing teams to ensure that the applications comply with accessibility standards
Present overall progress and status to customer's senior management team
Skillset requirements:
Strong expertise in US accessibility requirements
IAAP certified (or) be able to get certified within 4-6 weeks
Excellent written and communication skills and be able to facilitate conversation across multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence and MS Office tools
