Accessibility Practice Lead

We are looking for a seasoned accessibility subject matter expert with at least 5 years’ experience, ideally including at least one year in leading an Accessibility Team.
What You’ll Do/What We Require
Demonstrated ability to assign work, track projects, drive on-time delivery, report on metrics, and can lead scoping efforts for yet-to-be signed projects.
Deep familiarity with WCAG 2.1, Levels A and AA, and with Section 508 and how to apply those to traditional desktop-type interfaces (e.g., web/software) and mobile (e.g., android and iPhone).
Extensive familiarity with multiple accessibility testing approaches, including automated, manual, and user-based.
Ability to understand and read code (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.) and to engage with developers in a technical way.
Ability to explain complex/technical accessibility issue in a lay manner.
Ability to lead/inspire/mentor/train others in accessibility best practices and methods.
A thought leader who can help the accessibility practice to stay ahead of the curve in terms of methods, technologies, and best practices associated with accessibility.
Proven communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
