The role
We have a diverse team of Accessibility Consultants who work with a wide range of well-known brands. The role offers varied day-to-day responsibilities, including auditing websites and apps, drafting accessibility statements, delivering training sessions, conducting user research, and advising on accessibility strategy.
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about accessibility and usability, committed to making the digital world more inclusive.

Skill Set
Ideal candidates should possess one or more of the following:
Knowledge of digital accessibility, usability, user-centred design, universal design, or inclusive design.
Understanding of web, mobile, or software development.
Experience with testing frameworks and standards, preferably Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Background in user research, including moderated user testing.
Confidence in public speaking and delivering training sessions.

Technical Requirements
A foundational level of technical awareness is essential, including:
Basic working knowledge of vanilla HTML, CSS, and, to a lesser extent, JavaScript.

Your technical skill set will be tested as part of the shortlisting and interview process.

Eligibility Requirement:

Interview process
Step 1: If you pass the initial screening, you will be asked to complete a technical audit test.
Step 2: If you successfully pass the audit, you will move on to a 1-hour interview with a senior member of the accessibility team and HR, which will involve a presentation and interview questions. The interview is typically conducted via Teams with cameras on.
