Senior Web Accessibility Analyst

You will:

Assess web applications for conformance with established WCAG 2.0 / 2.1 standards and ADA 508 Compliance.
Familiarity with Web accessibility standards (WCAG, WAI-ARIA)
Develop detailed reports explaining accessibility defects identified through analysis.
Publish VPAT reports and share with other product teams.
Wherever possible suggest remediation methods/techniques.
Review results of the assessment with the product team answering questions regarding testing methods and interpretation of the results.
Partner and recruit for Accessibility testing within Dell and outside

Essential Requirements

Familiarity with assistive technologies, such as JAWS, VoiceOver, WAVE, NVDA, etc.
Must be very familiar with W3CAG and Section 508 guidelines for the Web and mobile applications.
Experience with Front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience in testing applications with users who have vision, hearing, mobility, and/or cognitive disabilities.
Experience in creating VPAT or other forms of accessibility reports.
Can partner and influence the Software engineers and designers to implement and monitor changes.
Industry experience in accessibility testing required
Ability to learn new tools and web technologies.
Ability to work independently on substantial projects with little supervision.
