At the forefront of this mission is our digital a ccessibility t eam,supporting our wider digital team to deliver digital platforms are inclusive and accessible to all.The digital accessibility team is part of the Retail Banking Services’award-winning Experience Design Chapter. **About the role** Y ou will report to the Digital Accessibility Chapter Lead and join a dedicated team of digital accessibility specialists. This role is pivotal to enhancing the accessibility of our digital platforms,including NetBank (web),the CommBank app, and CommBiz (web and app).You'll work closely with product designers, product owners,and engineers to ensure our web and native app interface s are seamless and accessible. **What will your day look like?** * Work with designers to review Figma designs through an accessibility lens * D efine accessibility build requirements for web and app engineers to apply accessibility semantics,properties and behaviours in code * P erform Web Content Accessibility Guidelines v2.2 level AA conformance testing and assistive technology review of web and app pages and provide accessibility sign off * Collaborat e with the rest of the digital accessibility team to ensure our advice and approach is correct and consistent **What will you bring?** * E xperience in specialist digital accessibility roles working directly with design, technical and business roles * Experience using assistive technologies, settings and adaptive strategies across PC, Mac,iPhone and Android devices * Strong knowledge of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) v2.2 and WAI-ARIA markup * Experience using accessibility testing tools
