At Atlassian, our mission is to unleash the potential of every team around the globe. To that end, we know that the best products are simple, usable, and accessible for users with a wide variety of specific needs.

You will:

Work closely with the Head of Accessibility to plan and co-ordinate our new accessibility program.
Assess and iterate on our practices to make them more impactful for everyone involved. Get retrospective data from relevant stakeholders, surface problems, and get creative to solve them with the core accessibility team

Coordinate and run key projects to help set up the Accessibility Program for success.

About You:

Are first and foremost a highly organized individual
You transform empathy into action
You are an overachiever and understand how to plan ahead to achieve outcomes
You have experience working with senior stakeholders, large teams, and across different timezones
Logistics and blockers are things you like to knock out of the park
You are thoughtful in your communication style - you are clear, and you keep it fun

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

Understanding of the accessibility landscape
3+ years of relevant professional experience in a product organisation
Technical aptitude, ideally with experience working in the Atlassian collaboration toolset
Ability to work ahead of the clock and anticipate upcoming needs
Experience in running smooth operations, and interest in diagnosing operational pain points
Clear and accessible communication skills
Can-do attitude and the ability to balance priorities
Ability to promote, define, refine and carry out lightweight processes that fit our culture and values
Passion for Atlassian's collaboration tools, and how they empower teams to unleash their potential

It's great, but not required, if you have:

Experience as an Accessibility Program Manager
