Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.

As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will design functional, integration and regression test plans, build and execute manual and automated tests and perform highly complex analysis for multiple products. Set cross-functional product testing standards. Analyze, evaluate and plan methods of approach and organize means to achieve solutions to complex problems.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate in all aspect of the accessibility development process from requirement gathering through iterative develop-and-test cycles.
Enforce software accessibility best practices.
Mentor teammates, evangelizing best practices for human factors and accessibility.
Apply accessibility software development standards to enterprise solutions.
Provide centralized oversight, technical leadership, expert guidance, coordination, and support for web accessibility
Desired Qualifications :

4+ years experience in a fast-paced application-development industry.
Experience in Accessibility Testing
Certified IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) or Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS)
Familiar with WCAG 2.0, WCAG 2.1, Section 508 and ADA guidelines
Extensive knowledge of ARIA
A bility to write test plans ensuring that accessibility requirements are met.
Familiar with Object Oriented languages , especially Java.
Experience in SDLC practices of Scrum Agile.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Human Factors or equivalent domain
Ability to adjust to competing priorities and allocate your time as necessary to get the job done
Familiar with Accessibility Management Platform (AMP) and/or Deque AXE
Experience with both UI test automation tools (Selenium, Webdriver, Capybara or similar) and API testing (using SoapUI, JMeter, JUnit, NUnit or similar)
Experience With:

Assistive Technologies
Screen Readers (e.g. JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver)
Screen Magnifiers
JAVA Access Bridge
Voice Recognition Software (e.g. Dragon Naturally Speaking)
CCA (Color Contrast Analyzer)
