Responsible for Accessibility Project Management, Pre-Sales Support, and Post-Sales support. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, time management skills, highly organized, detail oriented, strong interpersonal skills, ability to support sales opportunities, manage client expectations, coordinate client deliveries and be the liaison between sales, accessibility teams, and the clients/prospects. Facilitate and coordinate order requests, change requests, new business, new clients, and production inquiries.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Establish a deadline and monitor the progress of the project.
* Identify and resolve issues that arise.
* Ensure project and implementation satisfaction with stakeholders.
* Work with Template Development Manager (TDM), and others as required, to coordinate internal resources for the execution of projects.
* Coordinate with TDM to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
* Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
* Assist TDM to develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
* Monitor and report changes in project scope, schedule, and billable estimates.
* Report and escalate to management.
* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
* Maintain project documentation.
* Act as primary contact for customer communications regarding product problems, quotes, projects, and general client concerns or questions.
* Provide regular status updates on project boards and/or meetings.

* Communication: Effective communication to convey ideas, expectations, inform teams, stakeholders, sales, and clients.
* Leadership: Work with TDM to lead the team to success by providing clear direction, motivation, and support.
* Organization: Must be highly organized to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and clients.
* Time management: Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
* Risk management: Must be able to identify potential risks and take measures to mitigate them before they can negatively impact the project.
* Conflict Resolution: Must quickly identify and solve problems that may arise during a project.
* Adaptability: Must be adaptable and adjust plans and strategies to keep the project on track.
* Teamwork: Must be able to work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals.
* Technical expertise: Must have a good understanding of the technical aspects of the project and be able to communicate effectively with technical team members.
* Become knowledgeable of the Alternate Formats, Accessible PDF, and Accessible HTML.
* Become knowledgeable of the PDF/UA standard, WCAG guidelines, HHS guidelines, BANA rules, and other governing bodies and documentation.
* Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
* Excellent presentation skills are required.
* Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time as required by business needs.
* Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

* Typically requires a BA/BS or equivalent and/or a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a related field are preferred.
* PMP Certification is preferred.
