The Manager, Digital Accessibility Operations will be a part of the Digital Marketing team at Salesforce. The Manager will have the responsibility of upholding a high standard of accessibility compliance for

and associated properties. They will have the chance to participate in the building of a program, process and team to help ensure the best customer experience that adheres to the functionality, creative, and brand guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Establish an ongoing audit process including the strategy for selection of pages and regions to audit
Manages submission of issues and validation of same
Regional enablement on tools such as Siteimprove to allow regional and Cloud WEMs to use the tools directly to check their work for Accessibility issues in the moment
Functionality reviews during development, automated accessibility-specific testing plans and issue submission
Support on process, visualizations and reporting
Frequently communicate with stakeholders, providing key leaders with success metrics that illustrate the effectiveness of programs and investments
Requirements:
At least 5 years QA experience, preferably in a management role
Leadership and management skills
Ability to roll up their sleeves to get into the details and also look at the long-term to establish overall processes between teams
Web design and coding experience , knowledge of AEM and Wordpress desired
Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
Experience in automated testing including unit and functional testing as well as browser-based testing with automated tools
