How You Support Our Growth

Reporting into our Head of Solutions Engineering, you will drive the technical portion of Level Access’s sales processes. This is a critical function due to its multidisciplinary impact, and will directly fuel the success of our product, marketing and sales deployment.
Act as our technical expert of our products and how they integrate in client systems and processes.
The SE will be highly Client-facing, engaging with C-Suite stakeholders from Fortune 500 businesses globally, and will have to display credibility, and be able to connect with our client audience.
We are not looking for a ‘demo jockey,’ but rather someone who can act as a program-level expert to diagnose and pinpoint Client pain points, then work cross-functionally to identify best-in-class solutions.
Collaborate and act as a strategic partner with Sales and Account Management to understand client technical requirements and provide solutions support
Connect directly with customers to guide discovery conversations and deeply understand customer needs, goals, and pain points.
Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to our technical community.
Solicit and log client feedback and collaborate with product management to drive our technical roadmap in the right way.

Required Qualifications

2+ years' experience in a technical solutions/sales role (or equivalent)
We are looking for someone who brings a multi-faceted skillset to the table, and enjoys a challenge as there’s often a lot of ‘code switching’ over the course of any given day
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and processes
Familiarity with Agile practices and methodologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
You bring a natural curiosity, inquisitiveness, and know how to ask the right questions when engaging with Clients during the discovery phase
Comfort with working on multiple projects and with multiple team members concurrently
Travel opportunities available once normal travel resumes after the pandemic subsides; expectation at most 30% travel

Desired but not Required Qualifications

Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion
Knowledge of regulations related to digital accessibility (e.g., Section 508, ADA)
Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA requirements
Deep understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, etc.)
Experience with automated testing technologies (Cypress, Webdriver IO, Cucumber, etc.)
Any native mobile application development experience (iOS or Android)
