Summary:
As part of OMS Learning Organisation, a proposed product/service - Learning Education Network System (LENS) has been concepted to help reduce repeated incidents or better allow users to learn from past incidents to reduce operational risk. After an initial Framing phase, this discovery phase will look at how this service and/or products should materialise, how it plugs or improve the users’ workflow to inform a problem and product delivery roadmap for 2023. In this phase, Frontline operational staff and Control System Owners have been identified as the key group to focus on, but with re-validation from other groups as well and possibly remap roles/tiles if required.
