Additionally, you will partner closely with leaders and senior leaders across Product, Design, Engineering and the broader enterprise working to ensure our products and services are accessible. To start, you will be managing and facilitating end-to-end activities including the remediation of established products servicing Tax, Corporates, and Legal professionals. Over time, this will expand to broader business programs driven by the Accessibility program. About the Role

As an Accessibility Program Manager, you will:

• Define, scope, and lead large, highly visible, complex programs while working with management at all levels to ensure objectives are achieved
• Lead collaboration across Design, Engineering, Product Management (PM), and other business teams to develop and manage end-to-end project plans and budget, while ensuring on-time delivery
• Oversee the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases of Accessibility related work
• Oversee the process and completion of gathering requirements and fixing issues to enhance the customer experience
• Lead resolution of complex obstacles. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and articulate risks, trade-offs, and recommend prioritization based on a balance of business needs, constraints, and customer impact
• Create, maintain, and disseminate project reporting, budget tracking and information to stakeholders and senior management
• Establish and execute comprehensive communication plan – includes establishing channels, meeting cadence, reporting/status updates and process with key stakeholders and senior leadership
• Build Accessibility subject matter expertise
• Partner with teams to create an environment of trust by establishing a feedback loop to improve how we work
• Advocate for a customer-obsessed approach by understanding key user scenarios to help influence priorities across the business
• Put repeatable processes in place that help us plan and manage multiple parallel projects and run our business
• Seek opportunities to make improvements to larger team efficiency, process, and deliverable quality
• Be a mentor to others

About You

You’re a fit for this role if you have:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5-8+ years of project or program management experience
• Demonstrated execution and expert level understanding of project management methodology
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing requests simultaneously and under high pressure, tight deadlines, and moments of ambiguity
• Ability to partner effectively in a highly matrixed organization
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, JIRA or equivalent project management tools
• Knowledge of SDLC and product development lifecycle in waterfall and Agile projects
• Demonstrated understanding of UX roles and engineering roles, function and process
• Expert in Microsoft Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Project (or equivalent application)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to tailor communication and approach while influencing audiences of all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading or working in the Accessibility industry, including knowledge of WCAG, Assistive Technology, and how people with disabilities use the web or software.
• Project management or Agile certification (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster, Professional ScrumMaster, PMP, PMI-ACP or similar)
• Product development, web, mobile or multi-channel experience
