Lead, Tech Sales
Strategize, create and implement new and innovative sales generation campaigns. Promote LCI services to prospective clients with the goal of scheduling sales meetings, submitting proposals and gaining business. Build and maintain network of prospects. Make cold calls to potential customers and partners. Schedule meetings to present LCI Tech Service offerings to businesses and consumers. Identify and respond to requests for proposals. Conduct market research and outreach. Update and maintain sales pipeline in CRM software. Work cross-functionally to generate and follow up on invoices and payments. Leverage digital content, such as newsletters, blogs and social media to generate new sales leads. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Strong oral and written communication skills required. BA/BS in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development and customer service. Knowledge of principles, concepts, methods and techniques of client management. Experience in start-ups a plus.
Understanding of how to input and maintain information in a CRM system. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, as well as ability to utilize computer technology for communication, data gathering and reporting.
Excellent problem solving and research skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and on a diverse team.
Travel Required: Up to 15%
