Accessibility Test Lead
Infosys is seeking an Accessibility Testing Lead. As an accessibility Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert based on Globally accepted Accessibility Guidelines and review the conformance of the existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define accessibility test strategy, design and execute manual and automated accessibility test suites to guarantee superior outcomes and ensure that our clients are able to comply with accessibility legal requirements. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Austin,TX or be willing to relocate to the area.
Good understanding of Web Content and Mobile Accessibility Standards and Laws
Hands-on experience in testing websites and mobile apps to ensure conformance to WCAG 2.0/2.1 Level A/AA/AAA guidelines
Proficient in understanding and authoring test strategies and plans based on Accessibility guidelines
Knowledge of assistive technologies used for web browsing such as JAWS, NVDA etc
Good experience in Accessibility testing, manual and automated, for Web and Mobile applications including keyboard navigation, screen readers (Talkback, Voice Assistant) and color contrast tools
Working knowledge of Accessibility tools like Accessibility Inspector for iOS, Accessibility Scanner for Android, Mobile Web Accessibility Checker
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Experience with Agile/Waterfall development methodologies
Good experience in Web and Mobile Accessibility Automation/Manual Testing
Good experience in Manual, Automation, and other Testing Techniques for various types of application including Mobile Apps
Demonstrated problem solving, analytic and troubleshooting skills.
Worked in Agile and Waterfall methodology and having very precise knowledge in all stages of Software Development (SDLC) and Testing Life Cycle (STLC) models.
Experienced in defect tracking and management with good reporting skills
Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
