Community Recruitment Manager
Fable is seeking someone who is highly organized, goal oriented, and data driven to lead the recruitment and activation of Fable’s Community. If you feel like you are the best person for the role but don’t meet the requirements or have all the skills listed, please still apply.
As a member of Fable’s Community Management team, you will:
Plan and execute strategic initiatives to grow Community membership as Fable scales
Own Fable’s referral program and grow it to be a reliable source of new pipeline and community growth
Identify trends in initial engagements with new Community members and propose process and system improvements, including opportunities for automation
Consult with Fable's community management team to identify needs and skill sets for new community members, meet customer asks
Develop communication materials to share with candidates and recruitment partners, showcase the Community
Source and interview candidates about their experience and skillset, match the right people to the right opportunities
Perform background checks and contact references, when required
Develop and maintain documentation for all parts of community growth and recruitment
Support in forecasting community growth and engagement metrics by creating monthly and quarterly reports for leadership, community management and customer success.
Utilize a CRM to manage a pipeline, tools like Slido, Microsoft Forms, Excel
